Terms and conditions

The present general terms and conditions regulate the training sessions sold either separately or together, regardless of the number. The client declares to have read and understood the following provisions before placing his/her order. In the case of any contradiction between the present terms and conditions and any other ReCONVERT document available online, the present general terms and conditions shall prevail.

Acceptance of the general terms and conditions

By validating your order, you declare to agree fully to the provisions of the present general terms and conditions.

Right of use and duration

The contents of the present website, be it a public or a secured part– videos, multiple choice quesions, manuals, graphs etc – are protected by copyright, trademark and all international Intellectual Property and proprietary rights in effect, except where expressly mentioned, and are the exclusive property of ReCONVERT.es contenus du présent site, dans sa partie publique et dans sa partie protégée - vidéos, QCM, supports, graphismes etc. - sont protégés par le Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle ainsi que toutes normes internationales applicables et constituent, sauf indications contraires, la propriété exclusive de RECONVERT.

ReCONVERT concedes no rights or licence to clients other than that of consulting the website for training purposes, and this only for the limited period stated in the purchase-order for each training-course. As a result, the client specifically abstains from:

• Sharing in any way the content of the site, including the allocated log-in codes,
• Downloading the site and/or its content, other than in the cases authorised by ReCONVERT,
• Fixing or reproducing the site and/or its content in any form except on that of a printed hard copy,
• More generally, exploiting and/or using all or part of the elements of the site by any means or in any way, unless specifically authorised.

In the case of a printed hard copy, the client guarantees that all the printed information and data containing references to the protection of rights shall be respected and reproduced in its entirety, with no modifications. These copies may only be used by the client exclusively for his/her own private and personal use. Under no circumstances may they be shared with a third party.

Furthermore, in the event of a breach of the client in the aforementioned conditions, ReCONVERT reserves the right to annul the contract without prior notice and to suspend access to the site and/or to terminate the client’s subscription, and to retain any sum of money already paid by the client. Furthermore, any outstanding amount shall become immediately due and payable without prejudice to all the damages and interests which could be reclaimed.

Rates

Our training course rates are indicated in euros and  are subject to change without notice. Each order is based on the rates in force at the time of registration. Any special offers or bonuses will always specify the pricing terms and conditions or any free or particular terms.

Methods of payment

Full payment is required with the purchase-order. Your order shall only be confirmed and processed after receipt of the final amount. Verification and confirmation are immediate with payments by bank card. Other forms of payment may encounter some delays.

Registration of the order and payment

Your order is recorded in our database – these records serve as proof of the client’s order.
The recorded data consists of the following – a unique purchase-order number, the date of the order, the amount of the order, the details of the order, any personal details necessary for invoicing.

Any confirmed order may be cancelled up to 5 days before the beginning of the training course. There is no refund for any training courses not completed by the trainee. An invoice is issued on reception of each confirmed order.

Information about the training courses

The information about the training courses – duration, dates, access, discounts – is for information purposes only and can be changed without notice in order to improve the quality of service.

Responsability and liability

ReCONVERT cannot be held liable for the non-performance of the contract in the case of force majeure, partial or general strikes in telecommunication media, flood, fire, temporary interruption in its web service.

Applicable law – the competent court

The content and services, as well as the present terms and conditions of sale are regulated by French law. Any dispute or claim arising from the interpretation, validity and/or enforcement of the hereby provisions shall be brought exclusively before the relevant courts of law in Paris.

Unless stated expressly, the internet user gives his/her consent that personal data processed under the terms of the purchase-order can be stored in the customer database..

Under article 34 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, modify and delete any personal data concerning you. Any notification or correspondance should be sent to the address at the top of this page.
